It is Holiday Ham pre-sale time at St. Paul Catholic Church! Please sign up to help sell holiday hams for your Troop by selecting two 30 min. time slots each weekend. We will be selling before & after all Masses during the weekends of November 16 & 17 and December 7 & 8. We need at least 3 scouts before and after each Mass. We also need at least one adult there at all times.
Please remember to wear your uniform, be courteous and kind, and say "Thank you for supporting our Troops!"
PICK UP DAY IS DEC 22 AND WE NEED ALL HANDS ON DECK!
Please stay at the booth until the next shift arrives.

Stewpot Shoe Boxes - December 8, 2019 at 6 PM
As part of an annual service project, we will be collecting and filling shoe boxes with toiletries badly needed by homeless people living at the Stewpot Homeless Shelter in Dallas. We will be collecting shoe boxes, deodorants, toothpaste, socks, emergency blankets, and much more to put in the shoe boxes and giving them to the shelter at Christmas-time.
This is a great holiday service project that we do with all 4 scouting units at St. Paul with the Cub Scouts, the girls Troop, and the Venturing Crew.
Last year, we were able to donate 85 filled shoe boxes! This year, we will aim for 125!

Troop 728 Adult Christmas Party - Dec 7, 2019
You and your guest are invited to join us for the annual BSA Troop 728 Holiday Potluck! Ladies and Gentlemen, this is an ADULTS ONLY event. Please plan to bring a sweet or savory dish to share, and if you would like, an adult beverage of your choice. Non-alcoholic beverages and some beer and wine will be provided, along with plenty of holiday cheer!

Court of Honor - next date TBD in February
What is Court of Honor?
In Scouts BSA, a Court of Honor is a formal troop ceremony usually held quarterly (and intermittently upon conferment of Eagle Scout rank) where Scouts and their families come together to receive rank advancement, merit badges, and other awards. Please join us to celebrate and recognize our scouts' achievements over the past several months.
Before the awards are presented, we will have a pot luck dinner. All families will need to bring either a main dish, side dish or dessert. When signing up, please indicate what you will be bringing and the number of family members who will be attending. Please sign up to let us know if you will attend our potluck dinner and Court of Honor ceremony.
